Unless we have visited your home before, we will come to your home to meet you and your companion before our first visit so we can introduce ourselves to your pet and familiarise ourselves with your house and requirements.

We are fully insured to carry your house keys and provide a free key collection and drop-off service. This will enable us to enter your home whilst you are away.

We provide a free drop off service to your home or we will leave your keys in an agreed secure location (if applicable).

Yes, we are fully insured which includes key cover and we can provide our insurance certificate upon request.

The deposit is non-refundable because your deposit will contribute towards any loss of income we experience if you need to cancel.

Yes, we can be contacted via facebook messenger, email or phone during our visiting hours.

At this time we only have two members of the team: Kerry and Yas.

We administer most medications, however please confirm your requirements with us upon booking and note that there is an additional fee.

We strive to send frequent photos of your pet whilst you're away.

We currently do not offer overnight cat/dog sitting.

We currently do not offer any type of boarding. We are not insured or licensed to offer day/overnight boarding.

Yes, watering indoor plants, collecting mail and opening curtains comes as standard with our pet visits.

Yes, however pet visits may be subject to availability. Please refer to our price list for additional charges.

Please contact us to discuss this as our smaller animal visits differ in price if we are already visiting your home. We will strive to offer the best package deal for you.
