A 20 % non-refundable deposit is required for confirmation of our services, paid via bank transfer. In the event of client cancellation, no further monies are due within 72 hours notification of cancellation however, 30 % of the outstanding bill will be required thereafter.

For Cat Visits and Small Animal Visits, Double Weekday Fee Applies for Bank Holiday and Christmas Holidays (morning only) Bank Holidays and Christmas Holidays include: Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Easter Monday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day and All Other Bank Holidays.
